Licensees Colin and Pauline Moore have devoted great care and attention to detail in creating the impressive family attraction and have recently been awarded, for the third year in succession, a Food and Hygiene award from St. Helens Council’s environmental health inspector. Only this time the Lymewood Farm has been awarded the highest recognition available, the rare 5 star award, after displaying, in the councils own words “Excellent” standards in food production and service. The inspector arrived unannounced and was impressed to see so many familiar faces in the kitchen. Many of the chefs have worked alongside Colin and Pauline for over 9 years.
